YOU'LL BE LEFT STRANDED

Things started out so well- now the ship's gone down and you're
all washed up!
It's the same   with life...When you put your trust in something or someone that lets you down;
you're left stranded right!

Now the truth is.......Sooner or later everything in this world will let you down!
It's just made that way!
The Bible says-  "You came into this world with nothing and you'll go out the same way."
That's what it says - true or false?
It also says-  "What if you gained the whole world and lost your soul?"
Why put your trust in something that is doomed to fail?
Sooner or later your ship is bound to sink!

Now I want to introduce you to a very special person.
He said "I will never let you down."
He said "I will be with you always."
He said "I will never leave you nor forsake you."
He said " I will give you life with a capital 'L.'

He came to save you from being "Stranded" (in Hell) for all eternity!   He told the truth- He meant what He said!
Because there is no sin in Him it's impossible for Him to lie!
He even went so far as to shed His blood and to die for the sins of the whole world! (Because He loved us all so much.)

A few ( A very privileged few) believed and trusted in Him and found they weren't stranded any more!

This very special person's name is JESUS CHRIST!

He's not religious!

HE'S THE WAY TO A BRAND NEW LIFE!

Most people meet Him at "Wit's end corner"
(That's why they're so grateful to Him)
The wages of sin is death - that's your problem - But....He can
take your sin, your depression, your fear, your anger, even your
selfishness and pride!
Once you learn to trust Him and surrender to His will!

HOW DO YOU MEET HIM?  LIKE THIS:-

1.  ADMIT  You're a sinner.
(This is harder than most people think, but)
"All have sinned and come short of the Glory of God"
(Romans 3 v 23). Including you!

2.   TURN  from your sins -  (REPENT) and ask for His forgiveness.   (This is even harder as it requires sincerity and great humility.)  To help you - "God is not willing that any should perish but that all should come to a place of REPENTANCE"  (2 Peter 3 v 9).

3.   RECEIVE Him into your heart.  (Harder still as this must be done in faith.)  "By grace are you saved through faith" (Ephesians 2 v 8-9).

4.   CONFESS Him openly as LORD and SAVIOUR.
(most difficult of all.)   But if you do!
God says:  "YOU WILL BE SAVED" (Romans 10 v 9).

"SAVED FROM WHAT?"

You'll be left stranded!
No hope, Sin and Death and thereafter eternal suffering and separation from love especially the love of the Creator God and Father, Son and Holy Spirit in heaven
and leading to eternal damnation forever!
